This season has perhaps not gone completely according to plan for the Titans, but they still find themselves atop their division heading into Week 6.

The Titans were thrashed in the first week of the year by the Cardinals and remain the only win for a hapless Jets team, but that offense has still looked the part of a playoff contender. Entering the week, the Titans ranked sixth in the AFC in total yards and were third in the NFL overall in total rushing yards.

But the Titans will be tested in primetime this week as they host the Bills, who would have a case as the best team in the NFL. The Bills entered Week 6 having scored more points than any team in the league (172) and having allowed the fewest (64).

The matchup will also pit two players who have been among the best at their position through the early going of the year. Henry has been a tank for the Titans as he has leads the NFL in rushing attempts (142), rushing yards (640) and rushing touchdowns (7).

Josh Allen has been the driving force behind the Bills' offense as he has a sterling 12-to-2 touchdown-to-interception ratio with 1,370 passing yards and a 62.3 percent completion percentage. He's also been dangerous with his legs as he's rushed 35 times for 188 yards with two scores on the ground.

Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the Bills-Titans game, including the TV channel, start time and more.
